I like the stars
stars. does this mean that i can have sewing lessons once the room is set up?

Oh god!!! Are you crazy! The stars are really the only choice here.
yep, stars all the way. if the purple in the border had been darker (like in the actual patches) i might have voted purple, but as is, i think the stars provide the best contrast and visual harmony.
Sorry, the purple is the better choice. It picks up colors in the quilt and the stars are just too busy for my eyes. I like the way they pick up the stars sections in the quilty but they drive me crazy as a border.

Picture if you will a rainy night..... The wind is blowing, rain in sheets, meow... ruff ruff... cup of coffee in hand and a great book in the other. There is a fire glowing in the fireplace and you want to cover up with a beautifull warm quilt. Now honestly doesnt the star quilt seem to warm you up just a little more than the bla bla purple? Danke heather for not voting drunk and jeanie try and cut back on the meds huh? Andrea!! Way to go on the vote here. You are rock solid with the vote!
