Oh my aching body
Monday morning:
Liz: So how are you feeling today?
Me: Pretty good, just the sore hip.
Liz: Oh that's good.
Tuesday morning:
Me: Every body part hurts today, apparently I was too tired to realize it yesterday.
Either I am too old or too clumsy to play hockey, but who cares I'm playin' anyway.

Here's the deal: to get rid of soreness, you must repeat the action that made you sore in the first place. If you do not believe me, ask my husband. I made him go lift again.
