And the award for worst puppy mommy ever goes to...

Me!! Harrison required a time out last night for getting into the garbage. As a result, we put him outside and closed the doggie door. A little bit later we went outside to have dinner on the patio. This means that when we came back inside the big door was open and he came inside with us instead of coming through the doggie door. This also meant that the doggie door never did get opened FOR THE NEXT 16 HOURS! My poor puppy did great though. No accidents in the house, and when I finally realized our error and opened the door for him he shot outside and was gone for about 5 minutes. I'm sure he was tinkling the whole time.
